On our way across Wyoming (the least populated state in the US) on our way to Mt Rushmore. We stumbled across the city of Riverton, which was holding it’s annual summer hot air balloon festival downtown. This was too eerily reminiscent of our adventure in Penguitch, UT so we had to stop by and check it out. This trip has opened our eyes to small town life in America.
